Currently, AHP has eight different communities throughout North America based on geographic location.
- AHP Canada: Includes members throughout Canada.
- AHP Mid-Atlantic: Includes members in Delaware, the District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
- AHP Midwest: Includes members in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
- AHP New England: Includes members in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
- AHP Pacific: Includes members in Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
- AHP Rockies & Southwest: Includes members in Arkansas, Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming.
- AHP Southeast: Includes members in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee.
- AHP International: Includes members from across the world, including Australia, England, France, Lebanon, South Africa, Hong Kong and India.
