Requirements:	Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field and equivalent experience required. Two to five years of gift processing experience with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities:	The Associate Director, Gift Processing Operations and Administration will be responsible for the overall management and development of the foundation gift processing function. The Associate Director, Gift Processing Operations and Administration will ensure that the Foundation is adhering to IRS guidelines governing gift acceptance and will also be responsible for the management of four gift processors to ensure that donations are receipted within 48 hours and that all data entry activities achieve a 95% accuracy rate. The Associate Director, Gift Processing Operations and Administration will collaborate with the financial reconciliation, data services and stewardship teams to ensure polices and procedures are in place to optimize the quality and integrity of Foundation donor information.
