Requirements:
  • The Associate Director of Development for Gift Planning must be comfortable working with affluent individuals and world class researchers. 
  • A high level of integrity, initiative, creativity, and confidentiality is required.
  • The successful candidate will be a seasoned development professional with a successful track record of securing high-level planned gifts and “blended” gifts of deferred and cash.  Healthcare experience or some knowledge of science or medicine is preferred. 
  • An undergraduate degree is required; a Juris Doctorate is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Director of Development for the Medical Center, the Associate Director of Development for Gift Planning will be responsible for leading the planned giving program.
