- Responsible for development of strategic philanthropy plans that are aligned with Western Region strategies, goals and objectives.
- Responsible for Development governance and board relationships throughout the Western Region.
- Responsible for the overall development of donor relationships to maximize development dollars in the Western Region.
- Responsible for structure, development and management of an integrated Western Region Development Office.
- Responsible for development creative giving programs (planned giving, estate planning, annual campaigns, etc.).
- Provide organizational direction through senior leadership participation.
- Direct, implement and support the development and deployment of organizational strategies and action plans.
