Requirements:
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in related field, 10 years of related experience and a strong analytical background for data analysis and interpretation for program modification.
  • An advanced degree, as well as experience developing new programs and creating an effective direct mail and phonation centered program are preferred.
  • Requires good organizational, interpersonal, supervisory, analytical, decision-making and computer skills.
Responsibilities:
As the Annual Giving Director at UT Southwestern in Dallas, Texas, you will work under minimal supervision to conceive, plan, execute, oversee and assess part of the department’s fundraising program, which is addressed to alumni, former house staff, parents, friends, faculty and staff. As a member of the senior staff, you will help formulate strategic and operating plans and work closely with the major and planned giving staff to ensure a coordinated and optimized approach to prospective donors.
