Responsibilities include:

  • Identify, engage and serve individuals and corporations to involve them in ways that are meaningful to them;
  • Plan, coordinate and implement ongoing major gift activities;
  • Coordinate the activities of hospital staff and volunteers to promote a “culture of generosity;"
  • Use best practices for donor relations;
  • Advise the administration regarding donor interests and capability.
