Based in the picturesque community of Prescott, Yavapai Regional Medical Center (YRMC) is a progressive two-hospital system that serves the growing communities of Prescott, Prescott Valley and Chino Valley in north-central Arizona.
The Director of Development will work closely with the Executive Director of Development and Community Relations as well as the YRMC Foundation to develop and nurture relationships with the philanthropic community, corporate donors, patients and other individuals and groups.
The successful candidate will oversee the Development Department and work collaboratively across the organization to gain cooperation, influence and success in building initiatives. Essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Planning and administering all fundraising plans, special events, programs and activities to include capital and endowment campaigns.
- Researching, developing, implementing and managing strategies to maximize donor support.
- Overseeing and coordinating feasibility studies and campaign readiness analyses.
- Developing goals, metrics and accountability reports.
- Creating proposals, sponsorship invitations, and requests-for-grants.
- Overseeing the preparation and production of all promotional materials to incude web communications and appreciation mailings.
Your excellent interpersonal skills, mastery of fundraising techniques and familiarity with the AHP “Statement of Professional Standards and Conduct” and the NSFRE “Standards of Professional Practice” will serve you well in this role.
