Requirements:
  • Minimum seven years management experience in healthcare fund raising environment.
  • Comprehensive fund raising and planned giving experience.
  • Bachelor degree.
  • Strong leadership skills necessary to interface with community, volunteers, physicians and administrators.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and solicit prospective donors and donors.
  • Effective communication and public relations skills.
  • Ability and flexibility to develop, manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for design, implementation and execution of a comprehensive fund development program that produces increasing levels of philanthropic support for Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, in the areas of major gifts and planned giving.
