Requirements:	Minimum seven years management experience in healthcare fund raising environment. Comprehensive fund raising and planned giving experience. Bachelor degree. Strong leadership skills necessary to interface with community, volunteers, physicians and administrators. Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate and solicit prospective donors and donors. Effective communication and public relations skills. Ability and flexibility to develop, manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Responsibilities:	This position is responsible for design, implementation and execution of a comprehensive fund development program that produces increasing levels of philanthropic support for Saddleback Memorial Medical Center, in the areas of major gifts and planned giving.
