• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years progressive responsibility for major giving and planned gifts in a non-profit environment;
• Excellent communication and computer skills;
• Commitment to the mission and goals of our faith-based ministry.

• Building and managing the major gifts and planned giving programs for three Lexington-area facilities;
• Developing multi-year strategies, program implementation and reporting;
• Identify and cultivate prospects/donors;
• Manage prospect portfolios;
• Develop and present planned giving seminars;
• Develop/implement corporate, physician giving, programs, and councils

Reports to the President and CEO of the Saint Joseph Hospital Foundation.
