• The successful candidate will be an experienced manager with a demonstrated record of building and leading successful major gifts programs and managing high performing teams.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of ten years of increasingly responsible experience in development, and a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Experience working with physicians in a complex academic medical center is preferred. 

The Office of Philanthropy seeks a dynamic and accomplished Executive Director for Major Gifts to provide leadership and oversight to the grateful patient fundraising efforts in the key clinical strategic programs of orthopedics, cancer, heart, and the neurosciences, as well as in additional areas in the future. The Executive Director will have a personal track record as a successful major and principal gifts fundraiser with demonstrated success in building and leading major gifts programs.
