The ideal candidate must have:

• Experience in the assessment, development, and conclusion of a large ($100 million plus), successful capital campaign.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Not-for-profit Management or related field. Master's degree or CFRE designation preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in fundraising/development within not-for-profit and/or healthcare.

Reporting to the CEO of St. Anthony Hospital, the Vice President of Development will have overall responsibility for all fund-raising activities, providing financial support to carry out the mission of Saint Anthony Hospital to make its vision for the future a reality. The vice president will also lead the upcoming capital campaign and help develop the foundation board.
