The size of the AHP Conference Program book is 8-1/2" x 11".

Camera Ready:
Color, and black and white art must be camera ready, with order of preference being: line art, velox (positive), negatives. Halftones may have maximum 133-line screen (negative or positive). Negatives should be right-reading, emulsion side down.

Electronic Version:
E-mailed artwork or artwork supplied on disk or CD must be sent with a completed Instructions for Electronic Submission Form. A laser proof must be sent with all electronic submissions. Call (703) 532-6243 with questions.

Copy Regulations:
Liability for contents of ads (text, representation, and illustrations) is assumed by companies and advertising agencies for any claims arising there from against AHP. AHP reserves the right to refuse material/advertising it does not consider in keeping with publication standards.

Special Ad Requests
Spot color and interior bleeds are available for an additional charge. Cover bleeds are included in the standard rates. Any production charges incurred to meet AHP ad specifications or to meet advertisers' special requests will be included. Regarding cover space, we make every effort to reserve requested space for interested advertisers; however, in the event that more than one advertiser requests the same cover space, AHP will hold a drawing. The order of the drawing for cover spaces will be: outside back, inside front, inside back.

AHP reserves the right to use color(s) on the cover pages of its publications. The chosen color(s) may be used in the advertisements located on these cover spaces.
