AHP Mailing List Rental

Concentrate your direct mail efforts to this highly targeted professional group through the use of AHP's membership list. Available for one-time use only.

Lists are available of the entire association's membership or separated by AHP region or state. Please read the following information, complete the Mailing List Rental Request form, and submit the form along with a sample copy of your mail materials for approval. 

Member Rate: Complete Lists - $300 per list. 6 complete lists per year are available. Additional lists are available for $500 per list. Lists by AHP Region - $150 per region

Non-Member Rate: Complete Lists - $600 per list. 6 complete lists per year are available. Additional lists are available for $1,000 per list. Lists by AHP Region - $300 per region

AHP membership lists are provided via e-mail in Microsoft Excel format. Files that are very large will be converted to a .zip file. The files will be in ASCII, common delimited file, which is exportable to Microsoft Word or WordPerfect for mail merging.

Restrictions: A sample copy of your mailing must be included with your order for approval. List rentals are for one-time use only. A signature is needed agreeing to destroy the excel file after it is used once.

Payment: All orders are prepayment only. Payment may be made by company check, MasterCard, VISA or American Express.

Shipping: After the above criteria is met and payment is received and processed, electronic files will be sent within 3-5 business days. We cannot process an order on the day that it is received.
