AHP Advertise/Exhibit Payment Terms

AHP will invoice advertisers in the AHP E-Connect and Conference Program Book. Net 30 days after the issue date for display advertising. AHP reserves the right to require payment with the insertion order form for advertisers and/or agencies whose accounts are in arrears or who have not established credit with AHP.

If an advertiser cancels reserved space after the reservation deadline, the advertiser will be billed for the full amount of contracted space. If a cancellation results in a reduction of contracted frequency, all prior placements will be re-invoiced at the new frequency rate.

Advertisers in the AHP Membership Directory and Buyers' Guide and AHP Journal will be invoiced by Naylor Publications, Inc., the official publisher of the AHP Membership Directory and Buyers' Guide and AHP Journal.
