The Hyatt Regency Louisville is offering AHP conference attendees a special rate of $135.00, plus tax. To make reservations, call the hotel at (800) 233-1234 or (502) 581-1234 and identify your-self as an Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) conference attendee.

Please be advised:
The AHP room block special room rates apply to the nights of April 26–29, 2008. AHP has reserved a limited number of rooms at the special rate. Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. The hotel deadline for the special hotel rate is March 26, 2008. If all hotel rooms reserved at the special rate are sold prior to this date, AHP can not guarantee avail-ability of additional special rated rooms. Please contact the hotel directly for rates and information.

Conference Specifics:

  • Please choose your booth number located on the diagram on the back of this page and fill in the choices on the application form. Please note that this is a tabletop display only conference.
  • The following activities will be held in the exhibit hall: Sunday’s Opening Reception and all coffee/refreshment breaks.
  • Your exhibitor service kit will be posted on AHP’s web site in March. You will be sent a link to access this information once it is completed. The service kit will include:
  • Electrical order form
  • Company information & booth representative(s) form
  • Shipping information
  • Other important items
  • Booth space is one six-foot table (no pipe and drape). Your booth fee includes one table and one chair.
  • Early bird deadline: February 22, 2008.
  • The pre-conference attendee list will be sent via e-mail on April 11, 2008 and the final conference attendee list will be sent via e-mail on May 13, 2008. The e-mail will be sent to the person that is listed as the contact on the application & contract for exhibit space.
