  • FREE electronic lists of conference attendees—for each region you exhibit at, receive the advanced registration list and the final attendee list sent via email (see distribution dates on regional inserts). These lists contain all attendee information including name, title, organization, mailing address, phone, fax, and email.
  • Two FREE conference registrations—so that your exhibit representatives can attend all of the full conference education sessions.
  • One FREE full set of meal tickets—join conference attendees at the opening reception, breakfasts, and lunches. (Additional meal tickets available for purchase.)

How to Participate

  1. Review the floor plan and pricing for each regional conference.
  2. Choose the region(s) which interest you.
  3. Complete the application and check the box for each region in which you are interested.  Each individual contract states conference-specific set-up times, show times, and dismantle times.

  4. Please make sure to read, sign, and send the "Rules and Regulations" page with the application stating you agree to all the terms and conditions of the contract.
  5. In order to reserve booth space, AHP must receive payment, a completed and signed Application and Contract for Exhibit Space/Rules & Regulations, and a 50 word or less description of your company.  Without these, we cannot proceed.

Booth Assignments

Each booth consists of either a six or eight-foot long table and one chair. Booth assignments will be made on a first-paid, first-served basis. Please see the inserts for each region’s floor plan and booth locations. To reserve a booth, your booth payment must accompany your exhibit application.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and received by AHP 45 days prior to the start of the regional conference to receive a 75% refund. Cancellations with less than 45 days notice will NOT be refunded.

Prize Drawing—One great way to increase traffic at your booth is to offer a prize in our drawing that will take place on the final day the hall is open. Prize information will be provided in your exhibitor service kits.
