This session will help you understand the role of internal readiness, external market studies, and volunteer engagement in preparing for a successful campaign. You also will learn the value of objective analysis of development programs, how to identify strategies for engaging volunteer leadership in large gift asks vs. staff solicitation, and how to transition from annual giving fundraising programs to large gift and capital campaigns.
