Each hotel offers attendees of the AHP Madison Institute a special room block rate. Please call the hotel directly to make your room reservation and be sure to identify yourself as an Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) attendee.
The hotel rate cut-off date is June 5, 2013. Reservations made after this date will be on a space- and-rate available basis. Please remember that there are limited rooms available at the discounted rate. Make your reservation early to avoid disappointment. AHP cannot guarantee t hat rooms will be available until the cut-off date.

The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club is located in the heart of
downtown Madison just steps from the state capitol. The hotel offers a pool,
whirlpool, game room, and state-of-the-art fitness center. It also provides
complimentary airport shuttle service, complimentary wireless Internet
connection, and business services. The Concourse is an 8–10 minute walk to
campus. They do offer a complimentary shuttle daily for attendees.

Lowell Center Web Site
The renovated Lowell Center is one of three official University of
Wisconsin-Extension Conference Centers. The Lowell Center is a seven-story
hotel that offers lodging just one block from the Pyle Center. The Lowell
Center offers many amenities, including a swimming pool, exercise room, and
sauna. For more details, visit the hotel’s web site. All conference breakfasts will be offered at the Lowell Inn as well as the Saturday evening dinner and Sunday morning general session.

Institute start and end times: Classes begin at 5:00pm on Saturday, July 13 in the Pyle Center. The Institute ends at 12 noon on Thursday, July 18. AHP encourages attendees to participate in the full scope of the conference. Many tracks conclude the learning experience with group presentations on Thursday morning.
Classes and meals: All classes are held at the Pyle Center, 702 Langdon Street. All breakfasts are served at the Lowell center. The remaining meals are held at the Pyle center. Registration includes dinner on Saturday, breakfast on Sunday-Thursday and lunch Sunday through Wednesday.
Institute attire: The attire is casual. Consider bringing a jacket for the air conditoned meeting rooms. The average daytime temperature is 80 degrees Fahrenheit and in the evenings 60 degrees Fahrenheit.
