Hotel Reservations
The Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel is offering AHP conference attendees a special rate of $179 single/double occupancy, plus tax. To make reservations, call the hotel at 602-262-2500 and identify yourself as an Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) conference attendee. The special rate is available until March 22, 2010. Reservations made after March 22, 2010, will be on a space-and-rate-available basis. Please remember that there are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate, so make your reservations early.
Conference Registration Policy
To qualify for the early-bird rate, your registration and payment must be postmarked no later than March 12, 2010. Registration forms will not be processed without payment. Confirmations will be mailed within 10 business days of receipt of your form and payment.
Weather
The average daytime temperature in April is 84 degrees, and 55 degrees in the evenings. Remember to bring a light sweater or jacket for the air conditioned meeting rooms.
Transportation
Sky Harbor International Airport is five miles from the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown Hotel. Rental car facilities and taxi service are available from the airport. Driving directions are available here.
