Registration Information 

 Please review the conference information below before registering. AHP members must be logged in to receive member pricing. 

Registration Instructions

  1. Please review registration fees below.
  2. Preconference Workshops are not included in full conference rate. Additional fees apply.
  3. Exhibitors, suppliers, consultants, and organizations who provide services to fundraisers must either register as an exhibitor or as a non-exhibiting consultant.
  4. Attention OAHP Members:  In order to recieve the member rate for the conference you must download the registration form and fax it with credit card information or mail a check to AHP. 
  5. A confirmation of your registration will be sent to you via e-mail immediately upon registering online. For registrations made with payment by check, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via mail upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 10 business days, please do not hesitate to contact our AHP at meetings@ahp.org  or (703) 532-6243.

AHP Registration Policies

  1. To qualify for early rates, registration form and payment must be postmarked no later than April 2, 2010.
  2. No registration will be processed without payment.
  3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by May 7, 2010. AHP will refund the fees less a $50 administrative fee for full registrations and non-exhibiting consultants and $25 for single day registrations and preconference workshops. No refunds will be made after May 7, 2010.
  4. We require you submit your email when you register. Emails will be used for communication with AHP only and will not be published. Members are encouraged to visit the online Directory for contact information. Vendors will not receive attendee emails.
  5. Special Discount for Non-members:  AHP invites the non-member CEO/president/executive director of a hospital (not foundation) or a trustee/volunteer with a hospital or foundation to attend at the member rate. If you fit this parameter you are able to attend with an AHP member from the same institution at the member rate.  Online registration will not work for this discount. You must register by paper. Optional Special Event

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Special event is an optional event for attendees. This event is on Monday evening, May 24. The ticket price is $55. These fees apply to development professionals, exhibitors, non-exhibiting consultants and guests and are not included in the registration fees. Guests are welcome. Space is limited. Must reserve ticket by May 19, 2010. Non-refundable.

     Non-Exhibiting Consultant Registration
(This pricing structure is for consulting firms or vendors that would like to participate in the conference but are unable to exhibit/display materials. Companies paying this fee are ineligible to display any marketing aterials/job posting at the conference. This fee includes registration for one person, one set of meal tickets, name listing on the conference attendee list and one on-site registration list.)
