On March 23, President Obama signed comprehensive health care reform legislation into law after a year of protracted and politically divisive debate. What does this legislation mean for providers? What does it mean for health care philanthropy? And more importantly how are you addressing questions about health care reform with your donors and potential donors?

AHP President and Chief Executive Officer William C. McGinly, Ph.D., CAE, will discuss what you need to know about health care reform and its impact on philanthropy. He'll cover what made it and didn't make it into the final legislation that relates to health care philanthropy; lessons learned from the Massachusetts Health Plan and from universal care in Canada; potential unintended consequences of health care reform; and the importance of your message for donors and the public.

Join this interactive session with time for Q&A.
