Responsibilities: |

Under the direction of the Director of Development, the Database Administrator will oversee all development database applications including: input, coding, queries, report generation, analysis, security, gift processing and acknowledgement generation. S/he serves as a liaison with Information Services Department and is responsible for the planning and selection of software needs, and upgrades.
Manage all aspects of Raiser’s Edge fundraising database and maintain database security and integrity
- Triage and process daily donations and prepare bank deposits; ensure that donations are attributed to the correct program or fund, and prepare all daily acknowledgments and weekly memorial notifications
- Reconcile monthly and year-end donations with Finance Department
- Prepare constituent and donor segmentation lists for mail appeals, special events, reports, pledge reminders and special projects such as the annual report
- Routinely update/cleanse database to ensure accuracy of information. Add/update confidential biographical/demographic donor information
- Design and implement ongoing effective methods to centralize, track and report development data. Implement global address updates utilizing NCOA
- Assist with other projects as needed, attend all Special Events and other programs and initiatives as required
