• Bachelor's degree
• 5-8 years in fundraising or related field
• Development/fundraising in healthcare
• Supervisory experience required

Under the direction of the President of Gettysburg Hospital and the Foundation Board, you will plan, implement and direct a strategic fundraising development program which generates significant support for the Hospital by matching donor interests with Board-supported opportunities. 

Responsible for the comprehensive development, implementation, administration and evaluation of the Foundation and fundraising efforts, as well as creating campaigns and programs to support the organization through annual campaigns, planned giving, special events and community relations. Coordinates all fundraising activities for the Foundation and oversees the effective and efficient management of these activities.  Manages the daily activities of the Foundation, including development of staff and volunteers.
