How to Participate

For the first time ever, we've made a significant upgrade in how we collect and analyze our data. Moving away from the traditional Excel spreadsheet, this year’s survey is hosted entirely online, making it easier and more convenient for you to participate. 

Survey submissions must be received by June 28, 2024.

Who Can Participate

Any foundation or philanthropic department that raises funds for a hospital or healthcare system in the United States or Canada can participate in the annual survey.

You do not need to be an AHP member.
