The cancellation deadline is May 5, 2017.
Registrations must be received by June 1, 2017.
To register yourself online:
1. Sign in with your email and password on the left.
a. Non members – create a new user account.
2. Click on the "register myself" button below.
3. Choose from the registration options and answer the required questions.
4. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button below.
To register someone else online:
1. Sign in with your email and password.
2. Click on the “register someone else” button below.
3. Select a contact from the roster for your institution.
3. Don’t see a name on the roster for your institution?
a. Go to "add new member" for non-members.
b, Call AHP at (703) 532-6243 to add them to your membership roster.
c. Note: Each person must have an account to register. Create individual accounts if registering multiple people.
4. Choose from the registration options and answer the required questions.
5. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button below.
