This pricing structure is for organizations that would like to participate in the conference but do not want to exhibit/display materials. Companies paying this fee are ineligible to display any marketing materials/job posting at the conference and will not have a company/50-word description in the on-site brochure. This fee includes registration for one person, one set of meal tickets, name listing on the conference attendee list and one on-site registration list.

For your convenience, payment for conference registration, exhibitor, sponsorship payments may be made to AHP by mail, phone, fax, or through AHP’s website. Please not that AHP cannot control the handling of payment information sent to AHP by way of mail or email. AHP will note be responsible for any damages or loss incurred by you if you choose to send payment information (including, without limitation, credit card information) to AHP by way of mail or email. *The prices for consultant registration are only for consultants and vendors attending the conference, but who are not exhibiting. See ahp.org/terms for a full explanation of the policy.

Registrations must be received by April 18, 2017. The cancellation deadline is March 20, 2017.

        a. Non members – create a new user account.
        b. Forgot password? Hit "Forgot my password" to have it emailed to you.
2. Click on the "register myself" button below.
3. Choose from the registration options and answer the required questions.
4. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button below.

To register someone else online:

1. First sign in with your email and password.
2. Click on the “register someone else” button below.
3. Select a contact from the roster for your institution.
3. Don’t see a name on the roster for your institution?
           a. Go to "add new member" for non-members.
           b, Call AHP at (703) 532-6243 to add them to your membership roster.
           c. Note: Each person must have an account to register. Create individual accounts if registering multiple people.
4. Choose from the registration options and answer the required questions.
5. Click the "Proceed to Checkout" button below.
