
Alice Ayres, MBA
Alice Ayres is the President and CEO of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP), the only membership organization serving those who transform healthcare through philanthropy. Alice brings deep healthcare industry knowledge and broad experience across all aspects of the Association’s offerings to the role of CEO, which she employs as AHP develops new and better ways to support the important work of health care development professionals. Serving as the top leader of AHP since 2018, Alice has dedicated herself to elevating the strategic understanding of fundraising throughout the healthcare sector. She was recognized as one of the Non-Profit Times “Power and Influence Top 50” in 2024 and 2025.
Alice has devoted the last 20+ years of her career to supporting the health care industry. In addition to roles in events and education, Alice also served as an executive director with The Advisory Board Company. Prior to joining The Advisory Board Company, Alice held marketing leadership roles at consumer-driven marketing companies including Kraft Foods and the Atlantic.
Alice has served on several boards including The Madeira School and Princeton’s Campus Club. She received her MBA from The Kellogg Graduate School of Management and her bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. She is the proud mom of four terrific kids.
