About the Course


This fast-paced, fundamentals course focuses on the basic elements of healthcare philanthropy and the role of development in a healthcare organization. It covers all the major areas of healthcare development, including major, planned, and annual giving; capital campaigns; policies; finance; marketing; and many other topics.

This instance of the AHP Development Primer is a pre-conference workshop of the AHP International Conference at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville. 

You’ll earn up to 7.0 CFRE continuing education points for completing the Development Primer.

Who Should Attend
