About the Course
In this in-person, three hour advanced workshop, you will refine your portfolio by reducing size, increasing focus, and prioritizing relationships that drive results, through hands-on exercises, peer collaboration, and tactical discussions.
Participants will re-segment their portfolio to identify a high-impact “Top 10” prospect list and develop two to four actionable, donor-specific strategies they can implement immediately. The session emphasizes maximizing limited time and attention through disciplined decision-making and plan execution.
Gift Officer Mastery is a pre-conference workshop of the AHP International Conference at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville.
