Case for Support

Your case for support is the cornerstone of your marketing and communication strategy. We’ll look at how to use donor profiles, share examples of successful cases and real-life stories of hurdles overcome, and leave you with a checklist guide to use as you develop a new case or examine your current one.

Grateful Engagement

This session will explore communication strategies related to grateful engagement of patients and family members. Beginning with a look at the science behind gratitude, we’ll cover how to address some of the challenges of grateful engagement, investigate how communications can open up relationships, and share storytelling techniques that can help ensure your stories land with resounding impact.

Campaign Communications

Effective communication pieces are a key component of any fundraising campaign. In this session, we’ll dig into the critical items you need, including case kits, key messages, and timelines. We’ll also explore when to use digital, when to use print, and the pros and cons of outsourcing vs. handling in house.
