 AHP’s program was able to funnel benchmarking data into financial modeling necessary to plan for expanded fundraising growth. We're using that for management decisions and short-term resource allocation, with a focus on major gifts, and for long-term goal setting and strategic planning. After hearing these benchmarking findings, our board is stepping up to the plate and is realizing that more money must be spent in order to raise money. We now have a measurement process to help us monitor investment and aid in budget decisions.
