Published Reports FY 2006...available only to participants of the AHP Performance Benchmarking Service.

As part of the AHP Performance Benchmarking Service, AHP publishes reports to assist with analysis and interpretation of data. Participants will be able to, with a larger degree of certainty than ever before, distinguish what actions and programs work best to build their programs and increase giving. For FY 2006 data collection and analysis, AHP published four reports. A content overview as well as a 'sneak peek' is available for each.

"General Overview Fiscal Year 2006" introduces the concepts of efficiency and effectiveness as measured by cost-to-raise-a-dollar (CTRD) and return-on-investment (ROI).

Gain important insights into social, economic, and institutional factors that enhance or hinder fundraising efforts and more accurately measure human and financial resorces needed to become more effective and efficient.

“A Study of Fundraising Performance – Fiscal Year 2006” delves into key factors that contribute to a program’s outcome. It focuses on the management of human, financial and planning resources as they relate to the philanthropic environment.

Learn about the range of factors that are controllable versus those fundraisers cannot change such as geography, demographics and your institutional operating environment.

“Benchmarking Results on Major Giving - Fiscal Year 2006” looks more closely into the strategies, qualitative and quantitative investments in human and financial resources that influence major gift production. This report also devotes considerable attention to planned giving.

Examine trends that may assist in effectively planning for heightened success in major gift fundraising.

"Benchmarking Results on Annual Giving and Special Events - Fiscal Year 2006” analyzes the changing perspecives and emphasis on these vital programs that set the groundwork for donor first impressions and act as the building blocks of your philanthropic efforts.

Gain insight into how high performers target their audiences and manage financial and human resources, (including volunteers and consultants) to get the most out of these programs.
