AHP E-Connect Newsletter

The AHP E-Connect newsletter is published eight times per year and is distributed via E-mail to all AHP members, AHP E-Connect subscribers and potential members. Back issues of AHP E-Connect, with original sponsor and display ads, are available to AHP members on the AHP Web site for up to 5 years. The full-color newsletter is published online in HTML format. Members are E-mailed a full-color synopsis with a link for access to the publication.

Target

The AHP E-Connect is an excellent way to gain visibility to over 4,500 AHP members, plus additional AHP E-Connect subscribers and potential members. AHP is the source for education, networking, information, and research opportunities in health care philanthropy. AHP reaches out to development professionals in all sectors of health care including: community and private hospitals, foundations, medical centers, children’s hospitals, teaching hospitals and medical institutions, long-term care facilities, hospices, health care systems, advocacy groups, and specialty hospitals. AHP E-Connect is also a vehicle for placing job postings aimed at the recruitment of health care development professionals.

The AHP E-Connect is published the first business day of the issue month. It is published eight times a year as follows:

Sponsorship

AHP offers two types of sponsorship opportunities:

Banner Sponsorship includes a prominent display of your company name and a link to your company's Web site or to a specified URL address. AHP will accept up to 2 banner sponsors per issue, unless an exclusive sponsorship has been received. Exclusive sponsors will receive leaderboard display positioning. Non-exclusive sponsors will receive half-leaderboard positioning. 

Column Sponsorship includes a prominent display of your company name following the "Tips of the Trade" column and a link to your company's Web site or to a specified URL address. AHP will accept one sponsor per issue. Please e-mail ahp@ahp.org for an editorial calendar.

In addition, all sponsors will receive button placement in the E-mail cover for a logo or thumbnail.

AHP E-Connect Sponsorship Rate Card

All rates are NET. There are no discounts for advertising agencies.  The Sponsorship Reservation Order Form and artwork must be received 10 business days prior to issue date. AHP will invoice advertiser within 30 days after the issue date. Payment is in U.S. funds only.

Display Advertising

Display advertising is available within the body of the AHP E-Connect newsletter, typically placed between the 2nd and 3rd, or 3rd and 4th articles.

Additional specifications for Image and HTML sponsor/display ads:

• E-mailed media, or media supplied on CD, must be sent with a completed Reservation and Insertion Order Form and provided 10 business days prior to the newsletter launch.
• Accepted media are: GIF or JPG. 
• HTML:
• Advertiser must provide GIF or JPG files and click-through URL’s (domain named).
• Maximum file size for animation is the above noted image size + 5K HTML.
• No ads or banners that require or install plug-ins, that include audio, or use cookies.
