Self-Study Guides - Core Curriculum
The AHP Foundation is pleased to offer its series
of Self-Study Guides available for AHP Core Curriculum courses.
These easy to use guides provide health care resource development
professionals the tools needed to better their fundraising skills,
by learning at their own pace and in their own environment. These
guides are designed to reinforce information gained through courses,
conferences, and job experience, help development officers prepare
for the AHP certification program, brush up on key knowledge areas in
resource development and health care philanthropy, and to use as a
future reference tool. As part of these guides, an in-depth
bibliography and a list of additional readings is provided.
At present, the first four Knowledge Areas are complete with
the fifth started - a total of 51 Self-Study Guides with others
soon to follow. In addition, AHP has translated three of its most
popular Self-Study Guides into French.
