Get Ready AHP Mid-Atlantic Regional Members…

This regional conference is going to be the best ever. You will be joined by colleagues from all over the region including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Maryland, the District of Columbia, Virginia and West Virginia. The planning committee, chaired by Pam Maroulis, is diverse in their experience and has navigated the local and regional philanthropic community to identify best practices and related speakers. As you look through the session topics, consider including your hospital President and/or Board Chair in the conference. AHP strives to help members educate their hospital leadership whenever possible.

Try to get to the opening event, and the Monday night reception and dinner at Heinz Hall (walking distance of the host hotel) is a must. The speakers are nationally renowned for the plenary and closing luncheons, so please plan to attend both. Our committee exceeded their sponsorship goals allowing us the opportunity to award more conference scholarships for members this year.

The AHP Mid-Atlantic Region has just over 800 members and this conference will naturally provide the most extensive networking available to health care fundraising professionals from our part of the country. Rare opportunities like this are a “must do” for membership and an excellent investment by your health care institution that counts on you to continuously take their fundraising program to new levels.
