Hotel Reservations
The Hyatt Regency is offering AHP conference attendees a special rate of $135.00 single/double occupancy, plus tax. To make reservations, call the hotel at (502) 581-1234 and identify yourself as an Association for Healthcare Philanthropy (AHP) conference attendee. The rate is available until March 26, 2008. Reservations made after March 26 will be on a space-and-rate-available basis. Please remember that there are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted rate, so make your reservations early.

Please be advised: The AHP room block special room rates apply to the nights of April 26–29, 2008. AHP has reserved a limited number of rooms at the special rate. Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. The hotel deadline for the special hotel rate is March 26, 2008. If all hotel rooms reserved at the special rate are sold prior to this date, AHP can not guarantee availability of additional special rated rooms. Registration Policy
To qualify for the early bird rate, your registration and payment must be postmarked no later than March 28, 2008. Registration forms will not be processed without payment. Confirmations will be mailed within 10 business days of receipt of form and payment.

Registration Includes
Full conference registration starts with the opening reception on Sunday, April 27, 2008, and includes:

• Education sessions
• The roundtable continental breakfast and awards lunch on Monday April 28th
• And, the roundtable continental breakfast and lunch on Tuesday, April 29th.

The single day registration includes the education sessions for the selected day of registration and the meal(s) that are scheduled for that day only. Tickets for meals on other days may be purchased.

Guest Tickets
If you would like to bring a guest to the opening reception, breakfasts, or lunches, you may purchase additional meal tickets. Meal ticket order forms will be included in your registration confirmation packet. Tickets can be purchased before the conference or on-site.

Share Table
Please remember to bring samples of documents and printed material you use in your everyday work so that others may benefit from your best practices and you, in turn, may benefit as well. The onsite collection of resources and samples is available to serve as an idea generation tool for development professionals. You will return to your office with new ideas to implement.

Driving Directions
From Louisville International Airport (5 miles), take 264 East to 65N (follow signs to downtown). Take Brook Street exit. Proceed three blocks. Turn left on Jefferson Street. The hotel is three blocks (west) on left.
