Registration Instructions

  1. Download the registration form (PDF format) and complete section A—Registrant Information.

  2. Complete section B—Registration Fees. Pre-conference workshops are not included in full conference rate. Additional fees apply. Golf and Tennis Tourney fees are additional as noted.

  3. Complete section C—Payment Method

  5. Exhibitors, suppliers, consultants, and organizations who provide services to fundraisers must either register as an exhibitor or as a non-exhibiting consultant.

AHP Policies

  1. To qualify for early rates, registration form and payment must be postmarked no later than May 30, 2008.

  2. No registration form with be processed without payment.

  3. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by June 6, 2008. AHP will refund the fees less a $50 administrative fee for full registrations and non-exhibiting consultants and $25 for single day registrations and pre-conference workshops. No refunds will be made after June 6, 2008.
