Take part in the survey

Healthcare foundations are encouraged to report information on their financial performance for inclusion in the AHP Report on Giving. Each spring, we accept submissions via an online survey tool for data from the prior fiscal year.

Why Participate

Who Can Participate

Any foundation or philanthropic department that raises funds for a hospital or healthcare system in the United States or Canada can participate in the annual survey.

You do not need to be an AHP member.
