40 Under 40
Nancy Horvath
SickKids Foundation
Toronto, ON
Why is a 40 under 40 winner
At SickKids Foundation Nancy personally leads a team of four major gifts fundraisers, and is responsible for her team raising over $10M million in new commitments annually
In 2018/2019 at SickKids Foundation, Nancy confirmed the largest individual campaign commitment at that point with a gift of $8.5 million.
When a gap was identified at SickKids Foundation of those who were giving between $5,000-$49,999, Nancy developed a new Leadership Giving Program with a robust pipeline of donors and prospects who would fall into this group. For the second year in a row, the Leadership Giving Team has exceeded their goal by 27% and 62% respectively.
