About this Video
Increasingly, the lines between “academic” healthcare and “community” healthcare are blending. Community systems are developing new partnerships with academic medical centers, medical schools and residency programs, and academics are reaching deeper into the community, often through acquisition. The histories, values, and even the projects we fundraise for, however, can be very different. And, while these relationships can benefit donors and patients, in many instances sorting out the rules of engagement can be tricky. So, how do you develop partnerships that are successful? Join us to hear a panel of leaders in this area share their ideas about what works and what doesn’t.
