I am writing to share some exciting news about the AHPrime online benchmarking platform and the evolution of our services to better meet your needs. After consultation with many of you and a review of the types of requests our benchmarking team fields, we have decided to transition from our self-service online platform to a customized model. This will allow you to ask specific questions and AHP to deliver customized reporting to you.
Why We Are Making This Change
Your feedback made it clear that a more tailored approach to benchmark reporting would better serve your specific requirements. Rather than asking you to build peer comparison sets from scratch in the online platform, we will do the work for you to create pre-populated, detailed benchmark reports customized to your needs.
Introducing Customized Benchmark Reports
To replace the online platform, we are excited to introduce a series of customized benchmark reports. These reports are a significant leap forward in supplying personalized insights that are more tailored to your organization’s unique characteristics.
