Alice Ayres

"In conversations I have had with several leaders at larger health systems, I have heard how powerful giving the broader team access to AHP’s educational and networking opportunities is. Whether it is the professional development and career training that keeps employees engaged in their roles and retains them to your shop, or the opportunities to get to know others in the field who become advisors and mentors, these larger system leaders say the commitment they make to their staff in giving access to AHP’s resources is critical to their teams’ successes."
