Convene Canada/COVID-19 Update (March 15, 2020)

AHP is currently monitoring recommendations from Ontario's chief medical officer of health and other government agencies. We're also considering the extent to which AHP member organizations are restricting travel.

At this point, we plan to proceed with the Convene Canada conference as scheduled. However, we recognize the need for a contingency plan is increasing daily and are working to identify alternative options in case we need to change plans.

Please note that AHP will not charge a cancellation fee if you decide to not attend an in-person event based on concerns around your health or travel, including after any posted cancellation deadlines for the event.

If we have to cancel Convene Canada, all registrants will be offered their choice of a full refund or a credit toward a future AHP event.
