My greatest passion is seeing the hospital, its programs and its talent develop and flourish with philanthropic investment. UHN is Canada’s largest research and teaching hospital, and its impact is felt globally. Every day, I have the opportunity to meet and be inspired by donors, clinicians and researchers who are motivated to make a difference in the world, as well as by patients and families whose lives are profoundly affected by the work of our hospital and by philanthropy. To play a role in this process is both an honour and a privilege, and it is one of the best parts of my job.

Fun Fact:

Since early childhood, I have admired language and its unique power to inspire. It’s no surprise that I am a massive fan of word games – particularly Scrabble, Wordle and good old-fashioned crosswords. Also, I absolutely love my fur babies and will never live without a cat companion.
