2020 Fellows



Meet the three AHP members who were awarded their FAHP designation in 2020.

Jolene Francis FAHP

Jolene Francis, FAHP, CFRE

Beginning in 1978, Jolene Francis enjoyed a 28-year career in financial services. After completing her work forming Golden Valley Bank, she took the reins as President and CEO of the Chico Chamber of Commerce before finding her true passion as Director of Advancement & Communications at Enloe Medical Center. In her current role, she is responsible for managing the fundraising activities of the Enloe Foundation. She also oversees the Marketing and Communications, Community Outreach and Print Services departments at Enloe.

Francis has completed six years of course study at the AHP Madison Institute and was invited to join the faculty in 2020. She is a peer mentor with AHP and currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Chico Chamber of Commerce, as a board member for the Golden Valley Bank Community Foundation and is an active member of the Chico Rotary Club.

Harvey Green FAHP

Harvey Green, FAHP, CFRE

Harvey Green is the Vice President and Chief Philanthropy Officer for MedStar Washington Hospital Center. He also leads fundraising efforts for the MedStar Heart and Vascular Institute, including the state of art Nancy and Harold Zirkin Heart Hospital. Most recently, Harvey was the Senior Director of Fundraising and Development at the Krieger School of Arts and Sciences at Johns Hopkins University. While there, he managed a team of professional fundraisers who ambitiously worked in the context of "The Rising to the Challenge Campaign," a seven-year, $6 billion university-wide effort.

David Wilke FAHP

David Wilke, FAHP, CFRE

As Vice President, Development and Campaign Strategy at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation in Minnesota, David P. Wilke leads an unprecedented, comprehensive campaign for the nation’s leading nonprofit provider of treatment for addiction to alcohol and other drugs. Previously, David has served in diverse healthcare philanthropy leadership roles including Chief Development Officer at Loyola Medicine and Mercy Hospital & Medical Center, System Director of Operations at Presence Health Foundation, and Senior Development Officer at Resurrection Development Foundation. David currently serves as the Vice Chair of the Association for Healthcare Philanthropy’s Standards Committee, which recently released the updated 2020 edition of the AHP Standards Manual.
