Gift Officer Mastery

Focused Portfolios, Deeper Impact

October 7 | 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

This in-person, advanced 3-hour workshop will be held directly before the 2026 AHP International Conference. It builds on AHP’s Gift Officer Masterclass video series and is designed for frontline fundraisers ready to elevate their strategic portfolio management.

Through hands-on exercises, peer collaboration, and tactical discussions, attendees will refine their portfolios by reducing size, increasing focus, and prioritizing relationships that drive results. Participants will re-segment their portfolio to identify a high-impact “Top 10” prospect list and develop two to four actionable, donor-specific strategies they can implement immediately. The session emphasizes maximizing limited time and attention through disciplined decision-making and plan execution.

Note: Registration includes full access to the on-demand AHP Gift Officer Masterclass. Completion of the video series is strongly encouraged prior to attending this workshop, as it provides foundational concepts essential for full participation.
