Employees of an organization with a strong culture and high level of engagement should be its most vocal and passionate supporters. A successful employee giving campaign gives them the chance to demonstrate that commitment while providing a solid foundation for the hospital’s philanthropic efforts. By offering staff the chance to support their organization in a personally meaningful way, you can create a steady pipeline of philanthropic support on which to build other fundraising and volunteer efforts. Shepherd Center’s employee giving campaign, ShepherdCares, always exceeds goal by at least 10%. We consistently exceed 85% staff participation and 95% physician participation.
