Having a mentor in the talent management space allowed me to feel comfortable taking chances and seeing the bigger picture of an organization. It allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and try new and interesting things.

My family and my kids. I enjoy seeing them grow and helping guide them to be citizens of our community.

Stay inquisitive and ask questions to learn about the healthcare space.
