About this Video

Sixty percent of physicians and 30 to 60 percent of nurses report symptoms of burnout. Staggering statistics like these led to the development of GRACE, which stands for GRAtitude, Compassion, and Empathy.

The GRACE program was developed by David Victorson, Ph.D., a licensed psychologist and associate professor of medical social sciences at Northwestern University. In this webinar, Dr. Victorson shares the purpose of the GRACE program, how it was implemented, its importance in the healthcare industry, and the positive results coming from those who have embraced this program: increased patient satisfaction scores, increased employee satisfaction, and increased grateful patient referrals to the foundation.

You will learn about the steps involved in rolling out the program, the tools provided to participants, and the means of measuring the results in order to track changes in behavior.
